Refund policy
BROKOU INC. applies a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees are charged.
Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, defects, or errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we may evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods (food, flowers, plants);
- custom-made or personalized items;
- personal care or hygiene products;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
- gift cards.
No item is considered a final sale unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Right of withdrawal – European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method no later than 15 days following approval of the return.
