Delivery and delivery time

Delivery takes effect when the products are collected by the Customer from EQUIMAF's place of storage or when the products are collected by the customer's carrier or when the products are delivered to the customer. Delivery times are indicated by EQUIMAF for all orders placed on the website www.equimaf.ca. No compensation may be granted to the Customer in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines and no order may be canceled as a result, except for delivery to take place more than 40 days later. In this case, the Customer may cancel the products ordered and not delivered free of charge and his order will be reimbursed.

A period of two working days must be allowed for processing orders for products in stock at our warehouse, to which must be added one to three working days on average for delivery in Quebec or one working day for expedited delivery. Equimaf can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock at the distributor or attributable to the carrier. Please note that orders for out-of-stock product (s) placed with our suppliers exceeding a certain period will be automatically canceled without notice. Equimaf.ca will not be responsible at any time for any damage that you may have suffered due to a shortage of stock.

Free delivery

Delivery costs are free for any order placed on the www.equimaf.ca site that meets the following conditions:

• The minimum purchase is $ 100, before taxes, per order and per delivery address.
• The delivery address is in the Montreal metropolitan area.
• The minimum amount of $ 100 does not include internal hard drives of laptops.
• The cancellation of one or more items ordered which reduces the total before taxes of the order to less than $ 100, a change of address or a modification of the delivery method may deprive you of the right to free delivery.

Prices and delivery times

To know more precisely the delivery time of your order, you must add the processing time mentioned in each product sheet to the Canada Post delivery time indicated below.
